location is decent, but some drawbacks
cramped room street noise
my stay had a couple of issues. the room felt quite cramped (a bit like being in a well-designed box). i also found the noise from the street noticeable at night, even with the windows closed, hard to sleep well.

Excellent Hotel Experience
friendly staff safe luggage area quality products convenient location
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage in a safe area, as I checked in early. The hotel provides nice L'Occitane products for showering and washing hair. I appreciated the good towels and bathrobes. The location is convenient. It's in a nice area and within walking distance of the center.
I noticed a lack of Kleenex tissue, with only toilet paper available. There were no bath mats, so water spread easily after showering. The room had only one chair, inconvenient for two guests. Some outlets for chargers were not working.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food items. I enjoyed the variety available each morning. I also thought that the dining area was kept clean and well kept.

The staff were all lovely and eager to assist with any requests. They were attentive and provided excellent service. I am thankful for their dedication to guest satisfaction throughout my stay.

The hotel has a perfect location near Alfama but not in a busy tourist spot. A metro station is right outside providing easy access all over the city. The Baixa-Chiado area was a short train ride away.

The hotel staff stored our bikes and boxes. This was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and offered many choices. The room was very clean. The metro was super close for easy travel.

The breakfast had everything I needed to start my day. I noticed a wide selection of fresh fruits. Several pastries were also available. It was a great experience to have such a convenient option within the hotel.

leaking shower traffic sounds
I found several problems . The shower leaked, and the bathroom floor became wet. The room had no proper storage for my luggage and clothes. I was annoyed by traffic sounds I could hear clearly from the street even at night.

Decent hotel near the metro
comfortable bed friendly staff metro station missing bathmat shower design loud noise
I stayed in a superior double room. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The staff were friendly and available when needed. The metro station is very close to the hotel, just a short walk away.
I found some issues in the room. There was no bath mat to prevent slipping after using the shower. The shower water went everywhere in the bathroom. The outside noise was very loud and disturbing.
